Tara Lynn Savage, 48, of Cheyenne, WY passed away on September 18, 2024. Tara was born on June 18, 1976 to William Michael Savage Jr. and Loa Janiece Savage (Sessions) in Buffalo, WY. After Tara graduated from Campbell County High School in 1995, she went on to graduate with honors with her Associates for Medical Assistant at IBMC. She then furthered her degree but found her love for Phlebotomy was her true passion.

Tara met her former husband, Cory J Smith, and they got married in 1995. They had 2 beautiful children in this union, Dayvie and Tucker.

Tara was a very fun loving individual. She was always about making everyone around her laugh. Her laugh was very contagious. She was very caring especially to her closest friends and family. She was very stubborn to a fault. Anybody that knew Tara knew she was sarcastic in a witty smart way. Tara loved everyone, she was far from a judgmental person. She will be deeply missed by her family and closest friends.

Tara was proceeded in death by her Mother (Loa Janiece Savage), Grandfather and Grandmother Sessions (Merlin and Evelyn), Grandfather and Grandmother Busta ( Albert and Helen), Grandfather Savage ( William Michael Savage Sr.) and many Aunts and Uncles.

She is survived by her 2 children, Dayvie Lynn Goode (Levi), Tucker Michael Smith (Jade), her father William Michael Savage Jr. (Diana Lynn), her brother Christopher Michael Savage (Holly), her sisters Laura Denise (Savage), Phipps Kathrine Lee Dillie (Jason), half sisters Tami Thomas and Melani Orr, step brothers Scott and Cory Miller, step sister Wendy Miller, many Nieces and Nephews, and beloved friends she always called family.

Inurnment will take place on Saturday, October 12th at 10:00AM at the Byron Cemetery in Byron Wyoming.
