Alexis Tru Stinton, 7, of Sheridan, passed away on Tuesday, March 1, 2016, at the Sheridan Memorial Hospital. She was born on January 21, 2009, in Sheridan to Gennisee Jares and Devlin Zane Bankes.Alexis loved her “My Little Pony\'s”, butterflies, colors of purple and pink, fuzzy blanket and pillow, her cat, Freya and dog, Kolt.Alexis was preceded in death by her father, Devlin Bankes, grandfather, Jerry Stinton, and uncle, Richard Jares. She is survived by her mother, Gennisee Jares, grandparents, Scott (Tracy) Jares of Buffalo, WY, Barbara Moses-White of Sheridan, WY, Marty and Ed Gooseman of Newcastle, WY, and Chris and Toni Stantin of Sheridan, WY, along with many loved ones, family members and friends.Private family services will be held.Kane Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
