Wilbur William “Bill” Raymond, 87 of Sheridan, Wyoming passed away peacefully with his wife Carla at his side at Sheridan Memorial Hospital on Friday, November 22, 2024.

Cremation will take place per Bills request and graveside services will take place at a later date.
