Kent “Sandy” Ward, 71, of Buffalo, passed away on Sunday, October 14, 2018, at his residence.A Celebration Of Life, will be Saturday, November 3, 2018 from 3-6 pm at the Colonel Bozemans in Buffalo, Wy.
