Penelope “Penny” Turk, 63, of Sheridan, passed away at her home on Wednesday, November 27, 2019. She was born on January 4, 1956, in Buffalo, WY to Donna Mae Olson and Jackie Frank Turk. She was the oldest of 5 sisters.Penny enjoyed laughing, playing games, knitting, crocheting, spending time with her family, sewing, music, singing and dancing.Penny found love and married Willis I. Maney on March 17, 1976. They spent 46 years together and would do anything for one another, even after their divorce. They have 3 children together. She worked for 20 years at Superior Laundry and then at Sheridan Manor until 2013.Penny was preceded in death by her grandparents, Carol and Halsey Turk, her father Jackie Frank Turk. She is survived by her mother, Donna Mae Bell, her sisters, Julie Reeves of Thermopolis, WY, CandyAargon of Greeley, CO, Linda Kosine of Sheridan, Kris Melneck of Sheridan, Lori Bertrand of Billings, her children, Danille Turk of Sheridan, Jamie Potts of Sheridan and Timothy Maney of Sheridan, eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles and cousins.A Graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, December 6, 2019, at the Willow Grove Cemetery in Buffalo.Kane Funeral Home has been entrusted with local arrangements.--
