Lucille D. Gould, 97 of Sheridan passed away on Monday, May 21, 2018 at Sheridan Manor. She was born on Sept 22, 1920 in Rockwell City, Iowa to Charles and Georgia Nissen. In 1938 she graduated from Rockwell City High School and attended Iowa State Teachers College prior to her War Service Appointment at San Antonio Quartermaster Depot.She was united in marriage to Robert (W) Gould of Fenton, Michigan on October 20, 1946 in Rockwell City, Iowa. Mrs G as she was called, retired from the staff of the University of Colorado-Boulder campus in 1982. She was a Life Member of Queen Esther OES in Boulder. In Sheridan, she was a member of BPOE Drove No. 127, Sahida Temple No. 86 Daughters of the Nile, Ladies Auxillary of Big Horn Mt. Eagles Aerie 4169 and a Life Member of the Sheridan Chamber of Commerce.Survivors include son Charlie (Sheri) of Buffalo, granddaughter Amy of Denver and grandson Adam of Kissimmee.In lieu of flowers, Memorials in her name may benefit Kalif Shrine Children’s Fund, Box K, Sheridan, Wyo 82801.No services were held.Kane Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
