He especially enjoyed traveling in his motorhome, making journeys across the country from Alaska to Florida to California and many places in between. Those travels brought him great joy and reflected his independent spirit and love of seeing new places.

Ken was married to his beloved wife, Mary Ann Evans, for 62 wonderful years. Together they built a life centered on love, commitment, and family. He was a proud father to his son, Mike Evans, and a loving father-in-law to Janet.

He was also a cherished grandfather to Jennifer (Paul) Bygness, Stefanie (Will) Connors, Kristina Nicholls, and Troy (Jamie) Welsh, all of whom brought him great pride and joy.
