John Todd was born October 18, 1962, to Lewis and Beverley Todd in Denver,Colorado. They moved to Green River, WY when he was 3. They thenmoved to the Sheridan area in 1978, and he graduated high school from Tongue River high school in 1981. He then went to Wyotech in Laramie,WY. He moved back to Sheridan where he would have his children and spend the rest of his life. He worked as a mechanic for many years before he found a work home at Holly Sugar as Maintenance where hewould work until they closed operations. John would always be found with kids and a dog next to him, whether he was volunteering at thepolo games in Big Horn, finding seats at any rodeo he could attend,or serving as the captain of the Civil Air Patrol. He loved his Hamm radios where he was well known by his call sign W7JBT. His kids willall remember him as a fantastic papa to his 6 grandkids. He is preceded in death by his parents, Lewis and Beverly Todd, his brotherDale Harris, sisters Marcia Todd and Marilynn Ray. John is survived by his sister Fawn Todd and nephew Jake Todd, his children Mike(Natalie) Todd, Ben White (Todd), Andrew (Anna) Todd, Kaitelynne(Zach) Todd, Trevor (Micala) Todd, and his grandchildren, Luke,Jakob, Weston, Isabella, Alanna, and Remington, as well as many friends that grew to know him over the years. John will be greatly missed by everyone, and his missing presence at family gatherings is already noticed.

A Celebration Of Life will be held Tuesday at 2:00 pm October 24, 2023 at The Rock Church with Pastor Dan Keller officiating.
