View Service FolderJoyce Kay “Katie” White, 67, of Sheridan passed away at Sheridan Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, April 24, 2018.Katie was born on January 10, 1951 in Oklahoma City, OK to parents Dwain and Rosa (Combs) Flynn. She married Jerry White on April 4, 1969 and they spent forty nine years together. She was a member of the American Legion, liked bowling, spending time outdoors, in the mountains, camping, traveling and she especially loved spending time with her family.She was an angel, always wanting to help everyone and was Mom to all that knew her. Katie was preceded in death by her parents, Dwain and Rosa Flynn, her brothers David Patterson and Johnny Patterson. She is survived by her husband Jerry White, sons Dan (Bridgette) White, Matthew (Mary Fladeland) White all of Sheridan, WY, her brother Roland (Susie) Flynn of Rock Springs, WY and numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren Jeremy, Timothy, Julie, great grandchildren Ivyn and Rhilynn.Services for Katie will be at 2:00 pm on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at Kane Funeral Home with Pastor Scott Lee officiating, interment will be in the Masonic #43 in the Sheridan Municipal Cemetery. A reception will follow in the Kane Reception Hall.Kane Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
