Dennis Lee Brunson, age 69 passed away on June 11, 2026.  He was born September 14, 1956 to Don and Doris (Hauf) Graham. Dennis was raised in the Ranchester/Dayton area and graduated in 1974 from Tongue River HS.  He was a football legend, setting many records at TRHS and was honored to be picked to play in Wyoming's First Shrine Bowl game.  After his schooling, he became a skilled finish carpenter.  Many homes in the area have been beautified by his work.  Retirement brought time for gardening, spending time with friends  and enjoying his pets.  Dennis was a master at making sauerkraut and shared with many.  He is survived by his fiance Susie Lee Floretta and sisters Debbie Pilcher and Deanne Hines, sister in-law Tammi Brunson. He was proceeded in death by his father Don Graham, mother Doris Lawson, and brother Duane Brunson.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2026 at the Dayton Community Hall, from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Inurnment will take place in the Dayton Cemetery on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.

Champion Kane Funeral Home has been entrusted with local arrangements.
