Charlie Rosemary Vine, 35, of Sheridan, passed away from a genetic heart defect on Tuesday, March 20, 2018, at the Billings Clinic. She was born on March 15, 1983, in Sheridan, WY, to parents Charles Vine and Cynthia Morton. Charlie enjoyed art, swimming, fishing, hunting, camping. She was a free bird. She touched everyone she met and knew. She loved spending time with her son. Charlie was preceded in death by her Aunt, Tammy Ziegler, grandfather, James Lee Morton, and great grandparents, Norton and Maxine Corn, stepfather, Tom Stroup.
