Barbara Jean Hale passed away peacefully Monday, March 20, 2017 at Sheridan Memorial Hospital at the age of 92. She was born February 14, 1925 in Whitewater, WI to Arthur K. and Ellen (Logan) Harris. She moved to Wyoming and met and married Joseph J. Franklin. They had 4 children. After Joe’s death she married Willie Pelissier. After Willie died, Barbara married Don Hale and moved back to her home town in Wisconsin. She worked for many years at First Federal Savings Bank and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, both in Sheridan.Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Elizabeth Webb, daughter Susan Franklin and her husbands Joe Franklin, Willie Pelissier, and Don Hale. She is survived by her sister Helen Agnew of Milton, WI, children Tom (Judy) Franklin of Aloha, OR, Patti (Walt) Drake of Sheridan, and Jody Vineyard of Wheatland, WY. Also surviving are Barbara’s step children Willis Pelissier III, Sheridan and Kelley (Kevin) Frederick, Cheyenne, WY. Barbara had 5 grandchildren; JJ Franklin, and Teri (Mike) Randolph of Oregon, Sarah (Julio) Bonilla, Las Vegas, NV, Justin (Mary) Drake, Culbertson, MT and Kristopher (Becki) Vineyard, Alliance, NE. She also had 8 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.Barbara requested there be no services. Memorials may be made to Second Chance Cat Rescue P.O.
