Alfred Dean Ferrall, 74, of Sheridan, WY passed away Feb 28, 2019.Dean Ferrall was the first child born to Lettie V. Page and Alfred O. Ferrall in Denver, CO at Fitzsimmons Army Hospital, July, 16, 1945. Dean served his country as a Marine, enlisting in July of 1963 and was wounded in 1965 in Viet Nam. Dean married Kathy McCune February of 1968, son Jon was born in January 1969. Dean married Terri Steininger in July 1975, daughter Melissa was born in 1977. Dean married Marleen Miller in 1979, son Christopher was born in 1980.He is proceeded in death by his parents Lettie V. Minton, father Alfred O. Ferrall, and step-father Charles Minton, two brothers-in law, Carl Walter and Clarence Russell II, and nephew Clarence Russell III.Dean is survived by sister Janice Walter of Greeley, CO, sister Pamela Russell of Wray, CO, brother William Ferrall of Cheyenne, WY, sister Debora Minton, and brother Kevin Minton of Akron, CO. He is also survived by three children, Jonathan Dean Ferrall of Adak, AK, Melissa Sue Atkins and husband Scott of Las Vegas, NV, and Christopher Michael Ferrall of Loveland, CO as well as three granddaughters and numerous nieces and nephews.Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at the Johovah Kingdom Hall, 2226 Big Horn Ave, Sheridan, Wyoming.Kane Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
